These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Month's End ("Service"), operated at monthsend.com. By subscribing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Month's End connects to your Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console accounts via official read-only APIs and automatically generates scheduled executive growth and performance briefings delivered to your email inbox.

2. Subscriptions, Billing & Merchant of Record

Payments and subscriptions are securely processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles sales tax, global compliance, and billing management.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly ($10/mo for single modules, $19/mo for the Growth Suite Bundle)
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled
• You may cancel anytime with 1 click in your dashboard or directly through any Paddle invoice receipt

3. Service Availability & Enterprise SLA

Month's End is deployed on Cloudflare's globally distributed Edge Network with a target 99.99% service availability. Scheduled report dispatches occur reliably on your selected cadence date (1st, 10th, or 15th).
